How to disable automatic preprocessor indentation in VC++?

Is there a way to stop Visual Studio automatically ditching leading
whitespace when writing preprocessor statements in C++? This is with VS2005
SP1 - perhaps the option is already there in VS2008.
There are options to disable other bits of auto-formatting, but I can't see

I'm having a lot of problems with certain desktop forms, even on recreating

All of the prerequisites are included as seperate folders inside the
installer folder.
Is there a way to create one setup.exe to encapsulate everything?

Visual Studio 2005 hangs

Visual Studio 2005 hangs whenever I select an aspx page and run "View in
Browser" option. In event log, an error with content Fault bucket 355320355
appears.
Is there any way to fix the issue?

prompting me that the path to the browser cannot be found. Were is written
which browser the IDE starts when I press play/start, and how can I change

Missing Content of the Data Flow in SSIS

Solution explorer auto hide

1) After playing with solution explorer in Visual Studio 2008 I lost AutoHide
feature on that window. when I right click on Solution explorer I see that
AutoHide is disabled.
