ACK! I've enabled code markup symbols!!!

This morning I tried to copy a line of code using ctrl+c, but apparently used
some adjacent combination and suddenly all of my code in the IDE is showing
tabs as arrows and white space as dots. It's driving me frickin' nuts and I
don't know how to disable it. Please help...I only have a couple nerves

Hi All,
With all there is to programming, I'm used to an old keyboard shortcut I'd
like to have work in VS2008. The commands are to comment and uncomment
selected sections of code. I have successfully changed the IDE to use
<CTRL+Q> to add commenting.

As you know, on the start page of the vsual studio 2008, you have RSS
feeds. Unfortunatly mines are not updated and what I am seeing there is long
time ago. what is the problem and how can I solve it?

I have tried everything but I cannot find anyway to auto generate a method
stub for a callback delegate.
Is there a way?
What I want to do is something like:
