Error: File exists ??

- Visual Studio 2008 - Windows XP SP3
Every time I want to see any window of the code of my project, or when
I want to save the project, I see this error: "Existing file.", with
title "Microsoft Visual Studio"
(this occurs with any project, and the problem started only few days
ago)

Thank you very much for your posta! When I run the following modified
code Linda provided, and enter "a" on the first cell of the first row

Is the VSMsiLog476F.txt any useful?

There are lots of txt files at C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local
directory. Judging by their names, I guess VS.NET created them.
(VSMsiLog476F.txt, dd_....txt) They are consuming almost 60MBs of my
hard disk space. Are they any good? Is there any reason I should keep
them?
Even though hard disks are cheap now ...
