Problem printing footer at runtime

Hi
I'm using a printdocument to print a datagridview with a header and
footer. The problem i've got is that if i change the page layout from
portrait to landscape at runtime the footer no longer displays. Below
is the code i am using to create the footer, anyone come across this
problem before?

Dotfuscator community edition fails on generics

my wife loves this program, she has tried others since we upgraded to vista
but none compares. is there any way to get the program to run correctly sing
vista compatability mode? vista compatibility mode will not let me set the
video display correctly, it gives me a figure that is too low

I'm using Visual Studio 2005 Express Edition. I have a small issue with
configuring to completely separate projects such that the can use different
versions of the same library.
My directory structure is like:
aLib
aLib\aLib-3.0.4
aLib\aLib-3.0.4\include
aLib\aLib-3.0.4\lib
