Dotfuscator community edition fails on generics

Dotfuscator 4.0 community edition seems to fail to create any output if I have generics in my code. This would make the product completely worthless if this is true.

my wife loves this program, she has tried others since we upgraded to vista
but none compares. is there any way to get the program to run correctly sing
vista compatability mode? vista compatibility mode will not let me set the
video display correctly, it gives me a figure that is too low

I'm using Visual Studio 2005 Express Edition. I have a small issue with
configuring to completely separate projects such that the can use different
versions of the same library.
My directory structure is like:
aLib
aLib\aLib-3.0.4
aLib\aLib-3.0.4\include
aLib\aLib-3.0.4\lib
aLib\aLib-3.0.4\lib\aLib_d.l ...

We need to do a check out of all files in a directory and all
sub-directories for our Java code. As it's Java code we don't have a

Running a command-line app always fails

No matter how I write this code to run things at a command line, it failes
with "system cannot find the file specified."

1) How do I do a check in, keep checked out (like VSS has)? We
desperately need this.
