TFS: Team System Web Access not uploading changes on Check In

In Web Access, when I attempt to check out a document, make changes in
Microsoft Word, then check it in, the changes are not uploaded. I have to
manually upload the document. If I go to Sharepoint directly or use Visual
Studio Team Explorer, it works fine. Any thoughts? ...
