Asp.Net and Createobject failure

EIF installation1722 error

I am trying to install EIF on a Windows 2000 Pro SP4 machine and get the
error below. I went through the different fixes posted here and I still get
the same error. I unistalled .NET 1.0, recreated the perf counters per

vs.net on the web server for crystal reports viewer - Do need to?

Do I need to install vs.net on the web server so that my web aps can
run the viewer?
Once opon a time, my web server had vs.net 1.0 installed on it. When i
remotely deployed .rpt reports and bound them to .aspx .vb pages they
worked. I've since built a new web server and only placed the framework
1.1.

but as yet I could not find any example of how to encrypt the following entry:

How to change the project portal port in Team Foundation Server
