Bug? CreateTeamProjectFolder works but ListProjects won't return new projects

I have a custom deployment tool I am working on which creates and
configures TFS projects. However, the CreateTeamProjectFolder which
returns without errors creates the projects in some 'mode' - an
documented attribute may be misisng, etc. The ListProjects method
returns all the projects but not those created ...

Can't check-out forms

check-out for editing option when he has the project open (2 other
developers do have this option). This developer is part of the project
admin group also. I have checked (tools - options) and source control is

Can I Combine VS Team Suite and Database?

I am having this problem as well. It's quite annoying. Everytime I
debug my application, I have to close the Visual Studio to link
( after making my changes ) again. It' s really annoying. I am pretty
sure this is a bug in the VS( I am using VS 2003 - version 7.1 - and
