CMMI template/Gap Analysis - VSTS 2008

Is there any documentation that explains the file "MSF CMMI Reference.xlsx"
in the General Documents folder? In particular, the CMMI Gap Analysis tab. I
am interested in this so that I can determine which CMMI items can be
considered satisfied by using VSTS with the CMMI template.

No Table of Contents or Index in VS2008 MSDN help

I installed VS2008 RTM. After this was complete I installed the MSDN library
that came on the disk. When I start VS2008 and try to display a Table of
Contents or Index I get "No table of contents has been defined...." or "No

Inserting MSDN Library disk in DVD drive pegs CPU
