Visio UML Code Templates not saved with .vsd

I'm applying for the "Designed for Windows XP" logo use approval.
The submission requres the "Application signature log files".
I have seached msdn and www and can find no reference to these files.
Can someone point me in the right direction as to how to create them or
where to find them.

help stopped working in VS.Net 2003

It's been a few months since I've used VS.Net 2003 and in that time,
something changed on my system so that now when I try to see a help page in
the IDE, I just get the "The page cannot be displayed" message.
I've repaired, uninstalled, and reinstalled the MSDN files that came with
