Where is the Sync Contents (to ToC) button in Visual Studio .NET?

In the MSDN Library UI, there is a "Sync Contents" button (a
double-ended arrow: <-> ) that shows where a topic is located within
the Table of Contents of the library. I can't seem to find the
corresponding functionality in the Visual Studio .NET Help UI. Is the

VS.NET 2005: Where is the online help file gone?

hi,
my it department installed vs.net 2005 for me. now, when clicking f1 my
online help opens. unfortunately i can not see the topic "vs.net", instead
only "sql server 2005".
any idea? i hope, i do not have to reinstall vs.net...

Script error when printing from Microsoft Document Explorer

I get the following error when I try to print one or servel pages in the
Document Explorer:
"An error has occurred in the script on this page; Error: Invalid argument"
The printing dialog appears anyway and printing works. So why should I

I have been unable to install the msdn library locally ans so must resort to
using the
online ( web based ) help which is in many places this is completely
unreadable within the document explorer
this same document displays fine in IE but can be excuciatingly slow when
