How do I get the correct pdb file is it is out of sync

I am using Visual Studio .Net 2002 with Service pack 1
When I am debugging a release build the symbols for mfc70.dll in mfc70.pdb
are not loaded.
The PDB file is out of sync with the dll.

explorer.exe consumes 100% CPU while debugging

I am debugging a windows form which has lots of usercontrols in it. While
debugging, the explorer.exe process suddenly consumes 100% CPU. I need to
stop the debugging and start it again, for the CPU usage of explorer.exe to
come down.
I would really appreciate if anyone gives me a clue of what might be goin ...
