F11 causes extreme delays during debugging

I set a breakpoint in my C++/MFC project. The breakpoint triggers and
I start debugging. When I
want to step into a function call which returns a CString, the IDE
hangs for 30-60 seconds. This is, as you might guess, extremely
frustrating!

visible dll file created in c# both complied in a debug mode.
and another c++ unmanaged dll file compiled in unicode debug (OS - windows

Can I get line information without PDB files?

Hello.
One of exception class properties is StackTrace.
By the way, in the case exception occur, we get the information of
line number.
But, If we don't put PDB files in current directory, line number
dosen't come out.
You know how to get information of line number without PDB files?

I mean it's easier to guess source code if with PDB.

We use the symstore with our Symbol Server and update it with new builds. I
have noticed that not all the PDB files are getting stored when a DLL is
updated. When the sysstore add command is run with the /o verbose option the
following is recorded:
