Problem with command line arguments

Hello,
I'm using Visual Studio .NET 2003 with Visual C++ .NET to develop and
debug an application.
On one development computer the Project -> Properties -> Configuration
Properties -> Debugging
Command Arguments work fine.
On another development computer (the one I need to use!) only argc = 1
and argv[0 ...

install - and they want another $35 for tech support to tell me how to

VS 2008 debugging problems

I am trying to debug this code. I set a breakpoint at MyCommand.Fill(DS,
"cargoModels") but cannot step in (F11) from there. I am not getting any
output from my code and do not understand why.
Any help is appreciated!
