I have a component written in C++ which is accessed by ASP on a site. When

We are running TripWire to monitor changes to the filesystem. TripWire is
responding with alerts to the metabase.bin modified date is being
updated.
After extensive testing, I have discovered that if you have an illegal htm
file and you browse that on the IIS server, it will update the metabase.bin

HTTP Server API on XPSP2: problem with SDK sample

I need to deploy a small web server onto XPSP2 (side issue; is HTTP server
api available on XP Home? it only needs to support one or two clients), so I
thought that the server API would be useful.
