Error Message

I have Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0 and I get error messages while using
internet and then it closes all my windows. Mainly happens when I'm trying
to process shopping cart or when a window opens within a window. Drives me
crazy! Can anyone tell me what to do to fix this? Thanks! ...

I have a requirement to open a few local applications from a link on a
web-page.
Eg: c:\program files...\outlook.exe
How can I allow this?

Very frustrating issue! When I am on the internet and try to close the
session either by X or by "close". The screen goes blank and the header says
"blank page Microsoft Internet Explorer". This will stick and I have to go
to Task manager to get it to close. In addition, if I go to a subfile of any
