How to customize the folder browsing page ?

IIS sends back a simple HTML page.
How to customize this page ?

forcing email link to open in Internet Explorer instead of Netscap

Global.asa does not fire.

Hi,
I am setting a Application variable in Global.asa file and my
Application is already running on the IIS. But for some reason i am not
able to get the value set in the Global.asa. I am using IIS6.0 under
Windows XP.
I am always getting null value for the Application variable.
