The code below is supposed to return the search results from an ASP site
indexed w/ Index Server. The catalog is there and the Recordset object (RS)
is initialized but the line <If RS.State = adStateOpen Then> returns the

Contents and URL

I'm using Adobes IFilter 6.0 and Indexing Service mapping a folder. I'm
getting the results in the fieldnames "Filename" and "Size" but there
is empty results in fields like "Contents" and "Characterization" and
"URL".
Where do I begin search for errors? Any clue?

Remove default dir from seach

Ive created a site with the subfolder for knowledgebase articles for my
company.
Ive create an index and pointed it to the website and that created the
default dir/path for the whole of the site.

Index Server Directory Name

I'vesetup a virtual directory to be indexed. It's name is:
'Controlled Documents'. I am wanting to search the index using ASP
with the code found on Microsoft's website. I'm able to successfully
search based on a directory name without a space, however, when I try

I have indexing setup to index document and in the SAME folder, SAME extension, SAME permission, ALMOST SAME content files are some being indexed and some not.
