OLEDB + Indexing Service = Little problem!!!

Here we try to query Microsoft Indexing Service!
At first we use ADO, it works great but with a little problem!
So We try to go directly trough OLEDB using the Microsoft sample... It

Accent Insensitive Search

Is there any configuration that could be affected in Index Server so that
our search is not Accent sensitive.
In my case I have English, German & French documents mixed up. Typically
what I need is that when I search for château (with accent) it should list
the result taking into account chateau ...

I tried diffrent Querry to get files in diffrent manner.
In on type where i was tring to search it in a manner that I get all files
between 2 dates and all i get an exception saying that Date format is not
matching with VT_FileTime..........Then i converted the Datetime value
FROMDATETIME.ToFileTime() still ...

I am running Windows 2003 Server with Indexing
Service. I have exclude the Catalogdirectory and the Datadirectory form
the anitviral software online and cyclic Scanner.
I have installt the IFiler Setup form Acrobate for PDF Files.
In the Datadirectory there are 71000 Files evenly distributed in 25000

Hi!
Here we experiment a strange beavior!
We are not able to make working the 'OR' operator in a SQL statement!??
Here is the simple query we try to execute:
SELECT Path FROM OurCatalog..SCOPE() WHERE Filename LIKE '%.txt' OR
Filename LIKE '%.jpg'
This query does not failed! But it return 0 file p ...

Hello Everyone.
I am new for indexing Service. I am using C#.Net 2.0 Vistual Studio
2005, Windows 2003.
When I put 'using Cisso;' in my code, it get compiler error: The type
or namespace name 'Cisso' could not be found (are you missing a using
directive or an assembly reference?)

Is there a way to tell Index server to not index the stuff in the <head>
</head> of our html files? Basically not indexing the meta tags? or is
there a way I can querey the catelog and not return results that have the
keywords in the meta tags?

Has anybody got an idea as to the scalability of Indexing Services? I
need to find out just how far it can be pushed before it starts to
buckle.
Is there a maximum index size for a single catalogue? e.g. 2Gb of
files?
