log the actual .eml file not just the regular w3c logging properties. i was

these in my event(system) logs and I'm having a hard time troubleshooting

IIS 5.1 windows xp mail getting stuck in queue folder

What is going on? I am trying to send mail through smtp through IIS 5.1
I'm very new to this crap but I can't send mail through telnet or smtp.
IIS keeps the mail in the queue folder and just sits there.. It's using
port 25 and port 25 is open because I can connect to it through telnet.
Any ideas? Do I have ...

Hi All,
Can't work this one out. I have been happily using MS's built-in SMTP server to send mail from Perl, ASP etc. I can no longer do this!
My mail server accepts the message for delivery but all messages end up in the badmail directory with this error:
From: postmaster@SHIRAZ.vineyard.local

SMTP Service Sending Mail - Can deliver by telnet but service cannot

From our mail server I can successfully send an email to yahoo.co.uk using
telnet.
The SMTP Service however cannot. We have hundreds of emails queuing.
Any ideas?
