Mytob Worm how can i disable an IP address from Sending worms

I have a user from a remote machine sending mytob worm to all the address
book emails now how can i block his ip frm relaying messages since he is an
authinticated user and i do not know him.

Hello,
This probably falls under a permissions issue but I am desperate. I am
logged into a server with full admin rights and when I rightclick on the
local computer name I do not have the "new" option to add a new Virtual SMTP
server.
Have reloaded IIS and SMTP no change. What do I need in my permission ...

service and moving the files to the pickup folder. Is their some way to force

I use iis6 smtp as a relay (backup mx) server for a couple of remote domains
and everything works fine. There is no need for local delivery so I wonder if
it is possible some how to "disable" the default local domain. Thanks.
