creating a "Local (Custom)" domain

Hi,
I'm a newbie to IIS, and have IIS running from Windows Server 2003.
I currently have the default SMTP virtual server configured with two "Local
(Custom)" domains. I'd like to add another "Local (Custom)" domain, but
cannot figure out how to do that. When I try to create a new domain, I only

Please, help me with a simple intranet NNTP service
(IIS5 on a standalone Windows 2000 Server, no Exchange Server).
What do i want is as follows:
1. Do show control.* groups to administrators only.
2. Do provide "cancel message" functionality for all users.
Is it possible to reconcile these?

SMTP behind ISA 2004

Hi,
I've got SMTP server setup on a W2K3 server which is sittiling behind ISA
2004. There's a W2K3 domain controller with DNS running on it. I've
configured ISA to allow outgoing SMTP traffic. However, ougoing mail get
