Smtp mail stuck

Hi
Have w2k3 sp1 as a smarthost in front of E2k3 sp2.
Have problem with mail stuck between theese servers.
Problem seems to be on "spam" messages. All mail's to that domain is
slowed down with minuts / hours when this happend.
Have looked at smtp log and this "spam" messages. They are recived by
"DATA" for ...

Does any one know of a way to log the subject line when using IIS 6 SMTP
logging?
We have SMS's that are sent using the handset no as the subject line, all
the emails are addressed to the same gateway so there is no way to confirm
wether an SMS has been delivered.

Mail stays in queue

In my SMTP setup, I have a Local (Default) which is the machine name. And I
have a Local (alias) which is the domain.com name I use as my "send from"
address. Mail is staying in the queue. Any thoughts as to how I should setup
SMTP and/or my DNS to support sending mail out with the originating address
