Can't Use Hosts File Must Create Remote Domain

Hi,
I need to pin a Domain to a specific IP. It seems using the Hosts file
does not work when IIS SMTP is looking up an MX record to send mail.
To be able to send mail to a specific IP that is not in DNS I've had
to create a Remote Domain and specificy the smart host for that domain
in IIS. Is that correct ...

Expired Password Change through OWA

I am using windows 2003 Server (service pack1)with exchange 2003 and IE6.Our
OWA users are unable to change the password throug OWA after the password is

Why all the spam mail?

As soon as I start SMTP hundreds of non-deliverable emails are sent to the
email I entered copy of delievery report.
Most appear to be from yahoo.tw.
Any idea why and how to prevent this?
Does it do any harm?
