Cannot send email to yahoo

When Yahoo receive email from this domain then will auto move to spam folder.
Yahoo Email details:
Received: from DCMAIL.descartesgroup ([192.168.10.10] RDNS failed) by
mail.descartesgroup with Microsoft SMTPSVC(6.0.3790.3959);
Seems the Exchange server pass internal IP address, so the RDNS failed.

SMTP under XP with OE 6.0

Does anyone know if the XP (SP2) SMTP server supports client mailboxes, or is
it just for mail relay?
I'd like to setup OE to use the SMTP server as a Internet mail service.
I did find SMTP/POP3 shareware, but I want to use on MS components (IIS,
