Problem with IIS6 FTP and Windows Firewall

Hi everyone !!
Have an odd problem. My server configuration is windows server 2003 with
IIS6 and Windows Firewall.
When I try to upload a file larger than 1Mb from any client to the FTP
Server, I do succesfully upload the file, but the connection in my client
keeps "freeze" and I have to cancel it manu ...

Welcome Message/Banner for Individual User

All,
Some FTP servers allow you to create a welcome message/banner for individual
users by creating something like a welcome.msg or .message file. Does the
FTP service in IIS 6 support anything like this? Thanks for your inputs.

when i'm publishing a FTP site with default port (21) & the win2003 firewall
is enabled
there's no problem.
but when i change the port with some others FTP sites it doesn't Work

FTP WON'T START

Have 2003 v2 Server- Domain name is myco.local.
1- Setup 1 website on the server ie. 10.0.0.200 port 80
2- active directory user is there
3- Website is viewable
4- Setup FTP IP - Same 10.0.0.200- Port 21 - Stopped
5- FTP says "This site cannot be started because another site is running on
this computer ...

Can't 'get' from ftp folder

I have the Windows Firewall running and added port 20 & 21 to the
exceptions. When I try to browse the folders using IE I get 'The operation
timed out' although I'm connected.
If I disable the firewall, I can browse the folders but when trying a Copy
to Folder I get a different exception:

Disabling administrator account

I have created an FTP server using 2003 SP1. I have switched off anonymous
access and created users that have access to their home folders. I have used
the non-ad isolation mode for each user and all is working ok.
