multi-part download support in IIS 6

I can't seem to find anything on the subject of multi-part downloads. Does
IIS 6 FTP support downloading a large file into smaller parts (say a 1GB file
broken down into 5 200MB files simultaneously)?
I know other FTP servers can do this but what about IIS 6 FTP?

Some clients can login, some cannot

Hi.
This is a problem that has started quite recently.
Some users can login with FTP, and some cannot.
They all work from different locations on the internet, different IPs and
computers, clients, and all are outside our firewall.
I am also outside the firewall but can login everytime.

I have an IIS 5.0 server with two virtual FTP directories, each one
with two different ACLs (lists of IPs allowed access to). For example:
first ftp accepts connections from IPs A and B.
second can ba accessed from A, B and C.
When i connect to the second ip from address C i get an "530

Hi, I installed IIS 6 FTP service on Win2003. Created a new ftp site,
created a new folder and configure FTP to use it. Created a new user named
