IIS6.0 under 2003 Server MUI

Dear all,
I have a FTP server using II6.0 under 2003 Server MUI SP2.
The main language is French, and all settings are French.
1) I found something strange
Some of the menu are French/english mixed

I have an FTP site up now on my server2003 system but I don't know how to
setup FTP users and assign them UID and PWD. I've been through the help and
it talk about everything else but no mention of this that I can find. Can

IE7 and IIS

We have a small Windows Server 2000 box that runs IIS 5.0
When users click the FTP link in IE7, they can view ALL the folders!!! We
cannot upgrade this dinky machine to Server 2003 mainly because all our REAL
servers run that and we have our old Windows 2000 license running this

I'm a Windows 2000 Server user and I will be moving to Windows 2003 Web Ed.
I've read that the W2003 handles user isolation unlike W2000 Server's FTP
service.
Does W2003's FTP service allow you to handle multiple domains even though I

Copy operation timeout

I set up an ftp site and it works fine except that when I want to copy over
files I often get a message 'timed out' is there any way to set the timeout
variable? or it may be related to something else
