I can't connect to an external ftp site on one of my companies servers. I
can connect on every other server/PC on the network.
Is there any parameters that i need to set to enable this connection?

I created a ftp folder on my server, but im having trouble open it(i
use web browser to open it, ftp://ftp.name.com/foldername)
It gives the message:

Is it possible to allow an FTP user to have the ability to PUT files, but not
the ability to GET files?
I've seen this article (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/237987)
describing a bug that might produce the scenario I desire, but is there a way
to produce this intentionally?
