IIS - 500 error

Hi All,
Can you please help with the below problem. My webservice is working fine in my local PC. But it is wring 500 error in IIS logs when access from external party server.
Please help.

So, here's my problem:
I have a page on one server (call it server A) that opens a hidden
iframe window to a URL on another server (call it server B).
Both web sites use https and accept client cerficiates.
The page that opens up on server B (in the hidden iframe) is a script
