Region issue with Network Service

Hi
I have a website that connects to an SQL DB and when it returns dates then
come back in American format.
I changed the regional settings in control panel to UK but still no joy. If
i change the account in the app pool from network service to local system
then everything is fine..

I need to be able to reset the ISS on the remote server per web Click
evrey time,
I want the monitor to run a script to restart IIS.
i want to reset the iss from ASP page per click
Any help appreciated or a better script in place
of the above.

directory. I take it off , apply it but it comes right back on.

Where is IIS located in Window Server 2003?

I usually use Windows XP, now I just started to deal with Window Server
2003, the worst thing is i can't even find where's IIS located...... can

My dad has had bad ear pain since christmas 2007 he has been to the
specialist who said he couldn't see anything wrong inside it at all and
didn't know what it is.
He has now (finally) being referred to another specialist who is
sending him for a brain scan.

Need to set asp.net version on virtual folder

If I create a virtual folder and go to the ASP.NET tab, the only
version available in the dropdown is 2.0.50727.

How do you setup & configure IIS 6.0 to support RSS feeds

We are using IIS 6.0 and want to provide support for RSS feeds. I'm not
having any luck on how to configure RSS setup on IIS 6.0. Can someone point
