Configuring SMTP for for extended commands

We have two servers identical in every way (except what you see below)
from a physical and configuration standpoint. However when we telnet
to port 25 on each box we get different command sets.
Server 1 looks like this.
ehlo
250-TURN
250-SIZE 10485760
250-ETRN
250-PIPELINING
250-DSN
250-ENHANCEDSTATUS ...

Mirroring setup error 1418

Im trying to setup mirroring and im getting an error when i go to start it
indicating that it cant connect to the mirror partner. The address it lists
is correct and i tried to telnet to that port from the principle server and
it connects fine.
Could this be a security problem?

We enabled kernel caching in IIS for requests. It works fine, but if a
request contains If-None-Match in the header, we get 400 (Bad Request). If
