Cant seem to run COM in IIS 7.0

Hi,
I am trying to run a COM Object in IIS 7.0 but it doesn't seem to be running. The COM Object runs fine in IIS 5.1 but not in IIS 7.0.
I tried to do what you have said about making a COM into a COM+ but it seems this isnt working either.
Can anyone please help.

then i wanted to install WSUS 3 on this new 2008 DC.

Is there some (fairly easy) way to seamlessly transition from an HTTP
requested page to an HTTPS page? In other words, if a site has an HTTPS
homepage but the users request only a 'regular' HTTP page (ie they type in
