IIS Hung. Help Me

I have IIS 6, windows 2003 server sp2 , asp , asp.net , sql express .
My application connects to the customer with Informix client 3.0 . The sql
express is used for other application.
In the event log appears "

Routing SMTP Emails Through a Separate Email Server

fairly large e-mail campaigns, I belive our web server is now bogging down.
I am looking for information on routing e-mails though a different, possibly
dedicated e-mail server. I saw Smart Host, but wasn't sure if that was what

Is something wrong with http.sys?

Our enviroment is Win2k3 64, IIS 6, .net framework v2.0.50727.
The IIS will stop response after a while, but no clear rule to follow.
But when it's hanging up, there's no log in the mean time. Does that mean
http.sys stop receiving http request?
Or http.sys forard the request but does not log it, and it's W3SVC ...

AppPool change - IIS hangs

Hi,
When I change an AppPool in IIS6 to a different one the whole of IIS hangs
until it's finished changing it. The same applied when I change the .NET
version from v1 to v2 within the individual website.
Is there a way to be able to do the above and not have any IIS outages?

First see the error (HTTP status code) and post-it.
But, this is some basic troubleshooting.
