Why is aspnet_wp.exe still alive after web site is stopped in IIS

I have IIS 5.1 on Windows XP. I noticed that the process aspnet_wp.exe was
still alive after I stopped the web site in IIS. Even more strange, every
time after I killed aspnet_wp.exe from Task Manager, a new aspnet_wp.exe
process was created immediately. Does anybody know why this was happening?

Index Server Abstract Now Garbage

I added the Office Filter Pack to my v6 IIS server last week so I could start
indexing Office 2007 doucments. Since doing that, the abstract for all my
Office 2003 format documents is garbage. I tried recreating the index but
that did not help. Any suggestions?

Viewing Website Internally

I have IIS V6 running on Windows Server 2003, I have 2 Websites which can be
accessed externally. DNS Records are in place as I have Multiple Public IP's
and have changed the 2nd Website to listen on port 81. All okay.
