Hi,
Win2003, IIS6:
Exploring the event log/security, I see a lot of events with IUSR_ServerName.
The event IDs are usually 680, 540, 538.
Are these entries the "usual" activities of anonymous web guests accessing
the webpages via http ?
I think that nothing is wrong or unsecure with these entries, correct ...

Whenever I try to browse the default web site, either on my server or from
another machine on the LAN, I get the error

I've recently moved my website (www.startrightllc.com) from a
rackspace dedicated server to a virtual dedicated godaddy server
(because of cost). When I was up with rackspace users could type in
both www.startrightllc.com and just startrightllc.com.

Virtual Directory Problem

I have created a Virtual Directory that maps to a share on another server.
Authentication and browsing works fine, at least, for a while. If no one

II tried ths in PHP group, and they suggested IIS :-)
On my IIS server I changed the password for the Internet Guest
Account
'IUSR_Machine' and suddenly the PHP part of the intranet stopped
