I think IInternetSession::RegisterNameSpace() is exclusive. That is,
if anybody use it to register a namespace, then the old handler of
this namespace will be replaced. Then there is a problem if several IE
plugins use PassthroughAPP at the same time: only the last
registered one could take effect!

I implement Asynchronous Pluggable Protocol (app) and try some of
functionality solve with standard http protocol (CLSID_HttpProtocol i
create it with HRESULT hr=CoCreateInstance(CLSID_HttpProtocol, NULL,
CLSCTX_INPROC_SERVER, IID_IInternetProtocol, (void**)&iProtocol)Wink
But i have trouble in IE7.

PathThruApp doe's not show all pictures on html page

I use PathThruApp test sample to retrieve page from local web server,
and sometimes some pictures are not loaded (on they places are empty
placeholders). In debugger i saw that in this case method
IInternetProtocolRoot::Start not called
Is here anybody who have some trouble????? ...

In my program i use htc component. All work fine, but when i realod
page htc does not load. And in method Start it even does not request.
