Simple VBScript to download file from a URL

I need to write a simple Script (VBScript preferred), to download a file from
a URL address every night.
The URL format is as follow:
http://zzz.zzz.zzz.com:7778/xls/DC_Audit.xls
I tried to use CreateObject but have no idea whether Internet Explorer can
be open as an Application in VBScript.
