HTC, Javascript, SSL, IIS6, IE6 Problem

Hi,
Whenever i submit the html form, request from the client is not send to
the server. This happens rarely once in 30-40 times. On most of the
cases the form is submitted properly.
I am using Windows 2000 professional and Internet Explorer 6.0
