Problem getting item by id or name via IHTMLFormElement interface

I am using MS Visual Studio .NET 2003 and ATL with a DHTML control.
I am having trouble accessing an input (hidden variable) element by
name (or id). I have no trouble getting it using an index.

Has anyone tried aggregation of MSHTML to support a new ActiveDocument?
As per doc it is possible to aggregate MSHTML if aggregator supplies
its implementaion of IOleObject and IPersist.
I have blind aggregation for all other interface except above two. for
these two only methods I have implemend are GetUs ...
