I can't figure out how to create a search form in HTML. All I can find is
using FrontPage to do so. Do I have to use FrontPage? I need to search
Articles written in word and saved as WebPages. I've been using notepad as

Initial value of control input never sent in a form submitted using post

This was posted one week ago in
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6.browser and never commented.
IE6 doesn't send initial value settings of controls <input> of, at least,
type text and image whatever is the enctype of a form submitted by a post
method (it's the only one I've tested...).

Nested Tables

Hi,
i have some problems using nested tables in IE6 when the width of the nested
table exceeds the widht of the outer column. Firefox is showing the table
properly IE not (see attachments) . Is this an error by IE or am what am I
doing wrong?

table background color doesn't print out

I've a code wich generate a background color using CSS for even rows in a

They show fine, but when printing them, all table line's background are
white.
