Web page displays incorrectly

I'm generating a page using classic ASP. It displays fine in that other browser, but
IE 7 displays it with a HUGE gap between the first <HR> and the table. Other pages
display properly. There are 337 of the <TR>'s. I've only left in a few for this post.
I've looked at it so long, I'm sure I'm missing somethin ...

Bad display of superscripted text (<sup>) in IE zoom mode

Hello.
I noticed that superscripted text is badly displayed when IE is in zoom mode
(starting from 110%). Depending on the text (text length) before the <sup>
tag, extra blanks are displayed before the superscripted text.
Example in zoom mode 120%

Can I create a link to an chm file such that it opens at a specific topic in
the help viewer?
I seem to be able to either open the viewer at the default page or I am able
to show the topic file but I want to view a topic other than the default in
the viewer and thus then have the option of navigating around ...
