Use of XP64

I tried installing WinFS on a 64 bit OS, but it wouldn't install, noting I
needed XP SP2. Unfortunately, there is no SP2 for XP64...
Can the install be modified to work on XP64?

I just got back working on my website. Its taken a long time to finish but I am getting there.

winfx seems to be corrupt.

When I create a new winfx windows project/solution by default it creates
