Issue Installing WinFX RTC Beta2

I've downloaded the beta 2 Runtime Components (English language) and have
attempted to install on two different 32bit WinXP SP2 machines. In both cases
I receive the following error and the install halts:

Vista 64 bit, runnning a 32 bit app takes 100% cpu

I'm currently trying to run our software on Windows Vista 64bit, its a 32
bit program and when you try to run it, when it loads up it takes 100% of the
cpu time
so therefore does not run, any suggestions here?

Cannot compile WinFX samples

I've downloaded and installed "Microsoft® Windows® Software Development Kit
(SDK) for the February 2006 Community Technology Preview (CTP) for Windows
Vista and WinFX Runtime Components"
But I have compilations errors when compiling samples that go with that SDK

Resolution stuck at 640..

I reinstalled XP, and now my resolution is stuck at 640. I followed the
HELP section, which says to go under Advanced in the properties setting,
click moniters then properties. But properties isn't clickable in the
monitors tab, so I have no idea what to do. Everything else seems to be
working fine.
