How to tell, in XAML, if a TextBlock is wrapping?

I have a need to know, from the XAML, if a TextBlock is currently
wrapping it's contents. Is this possible? I want to trigger on this
property being true or false to change the appearance of items around
the TextBlock.
To clarify: I don't want to know if TextWrapping is set to one of the
appropriate enum valu ...

are not from a database, but in a sorted List<Item> collection. They change,
say, every second. I'm dealing with something around 10,000 items.

If i reset a controls DataContext (say to a List<MyClass> of MyClass
objects) would i thereby remove the UI reference to the data source?
And thus permitting the objects of the datasource (a list loaded from
an xml file) to be garbage collected.
My problem is that the UI seems not to release referenc ...

If I build a filtergraph with a vmr9 with 2 inputs one playing a wmv
file and the other displaying a preview from a camera, the playback is
very slow, if i use 2 windows instead playback is ok, can anybody help

I am trying to zoom to the mouse position in WPF. I have tried using a
viewbox and scaletransform. With the scaletransform I set the origin to the
mouseposition but when the origin changes (mouse moved) the zoomed elements
jump to another location. The viewbox gave the same problems.
