Windows Beta 2 internet and programs problem :(

I´m having some problem with the conection to the internet on
Vista...everytime i log on to the net gives me a all blue window with some
things written on it then the pc reboots automatically...the same with the
instalation of kaspersky...it installs then the blue error..

I am having a few problems with Vista. First off, here are my system specs.
AMD Athlon 3000+
512MB RAM
[Onboard] Geforce 4 MX
(if you need more info on my specs, my PC is an eMachines T3092)
and i'm running Windows Vista(Obviously) Beta 2 Build 5342
