How do I make tooltip always at top of all windows............?

tooltip on top of all window.....But still some time tool tip lies
behind the another window......?

I was trying to get a LVS_REPORT with a working vertical scrollbar, but
without the ugly and unnecessary horizontal one. What a pain. Took me whole
day of googling and hacking to come up with something similar to what I

Notification Area Balloons on Vista

Some simple code I've written works well on my test (Vista) machine and on
every XP machine I've tried. However several Vista machines are having issues
displaying the balloon popup. The function call to Shell_NotifyIcon never
seems to fail, but nothing appears. I've checked their HKCUs for the

I am using MAPISendMail API from MAPI32.dll. It opens the default email
client. The new email UI is opened as "modal dialog" ie. minimize button is
disabled.
Does any one know how to open the UI as "modeless dialog" ? Are there any
flags need to be set before calling MAPISendMail or is there any worka ...
