VERIFIER STOP 403

This is the verifier break for unbalanced COM calls.
Args 3 and 4 are in the break say they are stack traces. I haven't seen this
in a while but I remember having to do some non-obvious debugger mojo to get
the actual CoInit/CoUninit stacks.
Anyone know how to get the detailed info from this break? The 400-s ...

This tool is mentioned in the MSDN as being able to check Manifest files and
it says that it is in the Platform SDK. However the tool is not there.
Any ideas where it has gone? ...

SHGetPathFromIDList crashes at Application Verifier...

I have used SHBrowseForFolder in my application. I have handled
BrowseCallbackProc. So when selection changes I have used
SHGetPathFromIDList, but it fails at Nokia phone browser with Application
Verifier. But without AV it erturns the path as :

What tool do you use to create the hashes in the
"update.ver" filename which represents the size, date,
version info etc.
I couldn't find any info on MSofts site that says
a). what tool to use and where to get it.
b). What each of the entries in the "update.ver" represents
