I just observed that sometimes the lineGetTranslateCapsW method called
by Outlook fails:

Hello,
We have a very old application which still uses a TAPI 1.0 header (in
Delphi) for making phonecalls. It uses lineInitialize to see if there
are any modems available. It will show a list of modems available and
then you can make a phonecall.
I wonder if I get to see all the modems with this very old ver ...

HI
I am using Julmar TAPI3 wrapper(C#) for avaya IP Office 500. line
opens without any error. but when i try to make a call, it give error
like "No Call Appearance Available". can u please tell me is this
error is generated by avaya hardware or tapi coding. and what it meant
by..

Custom URL protocol handler not executing!?

I've developed a custom URL protocol handler for a phone PBX. This is a MFC
VB app that is executed with command line options. For example "CallTo.exe

connect to remote server

Hi,
I've just started tapi programming. There is a remote server that i know
userid, password and server name information. By using nortel dll i can open
a connection using sessionmanager. But in tapi i cant find anything like
that sessionmanager. Any idea how i can open a connection?
