I am trying to add 2 participants in a MULTIPARTY IM session and after
adding the first user,
when I try to add the second, i get the following error

Hi all,
I have done the stuff in TUI(RTC 1.2) comes with wince 5.0.
I wanna know if peer is also a TUI APP before making a call. So I use
put_PresenceProperty(RTCPP_DEVICE_NAME) after EnablePresenceEx but
before EnableProfileEx to set the specific device name in TUI.
But I can't get the buddy's device name ...

I'm testing the RTC SDK 1.3 samples.When i tested the RTCSAMPLE , i
found it can't work well . When RTCSAMPLE call phone , it's speaker
haven't voice ; and when phone call RTCSAMPLE , it's mic can't be used.
Who know what's wrong whit it? and i want use it write my own client .
How can i modify it?

I am have been toying with the IRTCPortManager and I managed to punch
through non Upnp firewall. All is well except that I cannot start a
conversation with a client which is on the same subnet has me since I
pass him my external IP mapping...

I am in process of adding video to my rtc application. I need to know how I
can find out if a web cam is installed on my machine and if its present, is
it in workind mode. I need to do this to stop any video request going out in
